At the GJAW 2024, BYD partnered with Indonesia's State Electricity Company ("PLN") to introduce a new home charging service concept. This initiative, accessible through the PLN Mobile app, aims to provide EV owners with a more efficient and convenient charging experience. As part of PLN's strategy to enhance public awareness of EV infrastructure and accelerate EV adoption in Indonesia, this collaboration marks a significant milestone.
BYD said it played a key role in developing and optimizing the app's charging features, offering critical technical support to ensure the service meets the specific needs of Indonesian EV consumers. Leveraging its extensive global experience in the EV sector, BYD has tailored the service to align with local market demands.
