Xiaomi EV surpasses 300,000 vehicles in cumulative deliveries
Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Xiaomi EV announced on July 10 that cumulative deliveries of its vehicles have exceeded 300,000 units, just 15 months after the launch of its debut model.
This milestone follows the company's earlier achievement of 200,000 units delivered by March 18 this year—meaning Xiaomi added another 100,000 vehicles to its tally in less than four months.

Currently, Xiaomi EV offers three models: the SU7, SU7 Ultra, and the newly launched YU7, its first SUV. The YU7 went on sale on June 26 with three trims—Standard (253,500 yuan), Pro (279,900 yuan), and Max (329,900 yuan). The model saw remarkable market response, receiving over 289,000 units of preorders within the first hour and surpassing 240,000-unit locked-in orders within 18 hours.
The YU7 features a design that aligns with Xiaomi's signature aesthetic but departs significantly from the SU7. Contrary to speculation, CEO Lei Jun clarified that the YU7 is not simply a stretched version of the SU7. Its front fascia adopts a clean, closed-off design with cross-shaped LED daytime running lights and dual-lens headlights integrated beneath functional air channels.
Inside, the highlight is the full-width Xiaomi "HyperVision Panoramic Display", a one-meter display running along the base of the windshield. Powered by the HyperOS system, it enables multi-interface display and seamless handoff of mobile apps to the vehicle screen, supporting interaction with rear-seat displays and integration with the broader Xiaomi smart home ecosystem.
As for ADAS capabilities, the YU7 comes equipped across the lineup with LiDAR, 4D millimeter-wave radar, 11 high-definition cameras, and 12 ultrasonic sensors. It runs on NVIDIA's Thor computing platform delivering 700 TOPS of power and features a next-gen four-in-one domain controller alongside Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor built on a 4nm process.
Performance is equally compelling. All YU7 variants are powered by the Xiaomi V6s Plus e-motor, capable of reaching 22,000 rpm. The Max version features dual motors with all-wheel drive, producing 690 horsepower, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.23 seconds, and reaching a top speed of 253 km/h.
On the range front, the standard YU7 offers up to 835 km under the CLTC test cycle, while the AWD version delivers 770 km. All trims support Xiaomi's 800V silicon carbide high-voltage platform with a peak charging rate of 5.2C, allowing a 10–80% charge in as little as 12 minutes or up to 620 km of range added in just 15 minutes.
