Gasgoo, a global leading automotive industry information service platform, has launched the Gasgoo Awards 2023 program.

For the Top 100 Players of China's New Automotive Supply Chain, the program will cover ten core segments, namely autonomous driving, smart cockpit, software, automotive chip, artificial intelligence, powertrain electrification, intelligent chassis, body and exterior & interior, low-carbon and new materials, as well as thermal management.

In a bid to "discovering good companies, promoting advanced technologies, and commending automotive innovators," the 5th Gasgoo Awards features a theme that centers around the "Top 100 Players of China's New Automotive Supply Chain," with a strong focus on the ten domains, namely, autonomous driving, cockpit/in-car technology, software, chip/semiconductor, artificial intelligence, powertrain electrification, intelligent chassis, body and interior & exterior design, low-carbon new materials, and thermal management.

As usual, Gasgoo will give awards to those selected executives, leading players, technology solution suppliers and service providers. Apart from the Most Influential Figures in China’s Automotive Industry, the Top 100 Players of China's New Automotive Supply Chain, and the Annual Most Valuable Growth Award, we add another two new awards this year, namely, the Top 10 Low-carbon Car Models and the Top Companies by Carbon Reduction Practices.

For the Most Influential Figures in China's Automotive Industry, we want to honor those executives with the greatest market value in terms of strategic transformation, execution capability, business reform, product innovation, and influence across the industry.

For the Top 100 Players of China's New Automotive Supply Chain, we hope to give credit to those companies which can lead industrial upgrading by technology and business model innovation in an era when the value chain system of automotive industry is being reshaped and the cross-border integration between information technology and automotive industry is accelerating.

For the Annual Most Valuable Growth Award, we wish to recognize those fast-growing startups that foresee industry trends through market changes, actively engage in open innovation, and embody new technologies, ideas, and business models. These companies are paving the way for the comprehensive intelligent and electrified era in the intelligent electric vehicle industry.

For the Top 10 Low-carbon Car Model, it will recognizes environmentally friendly passenger car models, carefully selected based on their entire lifecycle and assessed by a professional panel, contributing to the implementation of the automotive industry's “dual carbon” action plan.

For the Top Companies by Carbon Reduction Practices, this award focuses on companies expected to drive the sustainable development in China's automotive industry, acknowledging their efforts in carbon reduction actions such as energy transition, energy efficiency, circular economy, and low-carbon services. The winners will be chosen through rigorous evaluation by an expert committee.

Based on the principles of fairness, justness and openness, Gasgoo will appraise candidates in complete accordance with the submitted information, the jury's recommendation and public company information.
