As a key part of auto interior, adhesives have a significant impact on the environmental protection and quality of automotive interior. Covestro introduces an innovative waterborne polyurethane automotive interior adhesive solution that brings significant performance improvements based on its technical strength. Compared with market solutions, the new upgraded solution takes into account environmental advantages such as low VOC and low odor, and also improves heat and climate resistances to cope with the aging challenges of the interior in extreme high temperature weather, ensure the long-term stability of the adhesive bonding performance of the interior, and easily control various interior lamination or bonding application scenarios

1) Excellent resistance to high temperature and humidity and extreme weather challenges  - easily handle the harsh test conditions in the industry, such as hydrolysis resistance: TL 496 (90±2 temperature 98±2% humidity 216 hours), thermal stripping GMW 14892 (thermal stripping test completed in 40 ± 10 s), ensuring product performance of throughout the life cycle
