Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 141,066 units, up 23.05% year on year, the first on April, 2011 sales ranking by all brands, according to the April sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Hyundai amounted to 63,889 units, up 12.06% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 246,453 units. April sales of Nissan reached 56,856 units, increasing 0.23% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 251,298 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
