Hyundai Motor Group show latest products at China International Import Expo

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- South Korea’s Hyundai Motor Group showcases its hydrogen products, electric products and exported products at the China International Import Expo.

In China, the group adopts the “hydrogen + electricity” development roadmap. Among the products and technologies presented at the expo include the Fuel Cell Trailer Drone, RHGV (Rescue Hydrogen Generator Vehicle) and its all-new fuel cell battery energy modular system, which makes their first overseas premier at the expo.

China-made NEXO fuel-cell SUV

The China-exclusive NEXO also made its debut, which will offer Chinese customers real zero-emission mobility experience. The Chinese version is designed for China’s market and will start commercial operation in the market soon.

Apart from that, the IONIQ 5 and the EV6 are also presented to illustrate the group’s advanced technologies of the EV-dedicated platform E-GMP. The exported PALISADE attended the expo again.

To revitalize its business in China, Hyundai will continue its core strategies. Its first fuel cell battery system production and sales base outside South Korea has been settled in Guangzhou, which is expected to help building of hydrogen system in China and realizing carbon neutrality target. Besides, it also set up a data research and development center in Shanghai to enhance its development capability in China.
