Li Auto puts MEGA battery-electric MPV onto market at 559,800 yuan

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On March 1, Li Auto, the prominent Chinese new energy vehicle manufacturer, officially launched the MEGA flagship MPV. As Li Auto's first 5C high-voltage pure electric model, the MEGA features 100 premium configurations as standard, all at a unified retail price of 559,800 yuan nationwide.

Deliveries for the MEGA will commence on March 11, with users invited to experience test drives at Li Auto's nationwide retail stores starting immediately.

With its 5C ultra-fast charging technology, the MEGA ensures worry-free travel for large families. Equipped with an 800V high-voltage platform and Qilin 5C battery pack, boasting a total energy of 102.7 kWh, the MEGA achieves an extraordinary CLTC-rated range of 710 kilometers.

Li Auto has already established over 300 ultra-fast charging stations on expressways and plans to invest over 6 billion yuan in constructing more than 5,000 directly-operated 5C charging stations, covering 95% of expressways and major national highways nationwide. Additionally, city-based franchise charging stations will be extensively deployed in 2024.

Featuring flagship-level dimensions, the MEGA provides spacious, comfortable, and user-friendly mobility for large families, with a length of 5,350mm, width of 1,965mm, height of 1,850mm, and wheelbase of 3,300mm. The MEGA offer each family member a comfortable experience, complemented by platinum sound systems and a 17-inch OLED touchscreen. Moreover, the MEGA introduces innovative features like the Magic Carpet seat for the driver, automatically adjusting cushion firmness based on driving mode to enhance comfort and safety.

In terms of intelligent driving hardware, the MEGA employs two NVIDIA Drive Orin processors with a computing power of 508 TOPS, accompanied by a 128-beam LiDAR and 11 surround-view cameras. With the integration of BEV large model and Occupancy Network, the MEGA's perception of the physical world is far-reaching and precise, enabling comprehensive planning control and effective adaptation to complex road conditions. 

Futhermore, the AI intelligent speech assistant of Li Auto, Lixiang Tongxue, is now upgraded with the inclusion of the Mind GPT AI technology, serving as an encyclopedia, entertainment assistant, vehicle helper, and travel companion for the entire family.
