Under the new agreement, starting from May 30th, IM Motors users will be able to use the App and in-car charging map to view real-time information on the location, price, status, and usage of NIO charging stations nationwide. Users can conveniently complete operations such as scanning QR codes for EV charging and making payments, with the cost being directly deducted from their electricity credits, providing a more convenient, high-quality, and intelligent charging experience.
IM Motors is building its energy replenishment system through a combination of self-built networks, integration with major and mid-to-long-tail public charging service operators, and leveraging SAIC Motor's premium energy replenishment network. This partnership with NIO Energy will further expand IM Motors' energy replenishment business models, offering users extensive and efficient charging services.
As of the end of May, IM Motors' charging network has had access to over 800,000 charging guns, covering more than 360 cities nationwide. By mid-June, this number will exceed 920,000 charging guns, and by the end of the year, the number of interconnected charging resources is expected to surpass one million charging guns.
