Voyah Passion L hits the market, priced from CNY 279,900
On December 10, Voyah's new Passion L officially hit the market.
The car comes in two trims, Max and Ultra, priced at CNY 279,900 and CNY 309,900 respectively. Voyah is rolling out multiple purchase incentives alongside six "worry-free" services for first owners.
In design, the Passion L blends Eastern aesthetics, featuring a "Kunpeng spreading its wings" front fascia paired with the upward-tilted global emblem for a calm, imposing look. Six body colors are available — including white, black and red — catering to diverse tastes. A 3,010 mm wheelbase opens up 4.2 square meters of interior space, while Mediterranean native wood trim and extensive soft-touch materials lift both perceived quality and comfort.
Under the skin, the Passion L carries an 800V smart super-hybrid system and a 63 kWh ternary-lithium (NMC) battery. It delivers 410 km of battery-powered range and up to 1,400 km combined — easing range anxiety. Charging performance stands out: even at -20°C, a 13-minute session takes the battery from 20% to 80%, making daily top-ups quick and convenient.
On the tech side, all variants feature Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Driving ADS 4 and the HarmonySpace 5 cockpit. With 29 high-performance sensors, the system supports human–machine co-driving across scenarios. Harmony Super Desktop bridges phones and the in-car system, while the AI voice assistant handles continuous commands with simple, intuitive operation.
Driving and safety hardware aim for both usefulness and reliability. An all-aluminum chassis underpins the car, with a front double-wishbone and rear five-link suspension. The Ultra adds air suspension, CDC adaptive dampers and rear-wheel steering of up to 10°, trimming the minimum turning radius to just 5.5 meters for better maneuverability.
For safety, the body employs 2,000 MPa hot-stamped laser welding, paired with an omnidirectional collision-protection system for comprehensive occupant protection. Noise-reducing tires and dual-pane acoustic glass throughout help keep the cabin quiet.
For families, the front passenger gets a zero-gravity seat with a 10-layer comfort structure that spreads pressure evenly. The rear adds small tables and a 6.6-liter smart cooler/warmer, plus EU-certified infant-grade materials, four-zone climate control and a fresh-air system — balancing comfort with health.
Purchase incentives include a CNY 2,000 deposit worth CNY 5,000 off the sticker, a CNY 5,000 subsidy for any trade-in, and a CNY 20,000 voucher when activating Huawei's advanced intelligent driving package. Financing offers range from 50% down with three years of zero interest to a zero-down long-term loan. First owners also receive six worry-free services, including lifetime free warranty on the battery, motor and power electronics, plus five years of free basic maintenance — lowering ownership costs.
China's auto industry is moving from big to strong. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, annual production and sales topped 30 million vehicles, while NEV sales are expected to reach 16 million this year — underpinned by what is now the world's most complete new-energy supply chain.
As a high-end NEV brand under a central state-owned automaker, Voyah has steadily expanded over the past five years, bringing a full lineup into mass production. The Passion L, the capstone to its trio of flagships, showcases the brand's accumulated technology — and speaks to rising demand for premium new-energy models.
Dongfeng Nissan N6, firm orders exceed 10,000 units in 10 days after launch
On December 10, Dongfeng Nissan officially announced that its first plug-in hybrid, the N6, has drawn a strong market response since it hit the market, securing more than 10,000 firm orders in just 10 days.
The milestone marks a significant step for Dongfeng Nissan in the hybrid segment of new energy vehicles and opens a new chapter in the electrification of its product lineup.
As a key model in the brand’s strategic plan, the N6 is built on Nissan’s mature EV platform and positioned as a plug-in hybrid electric SUV tailored to family needs.
The exterior adopts Dongfeng Nissan’s latest family design language with a tech-forward, sporty look. The V-Motion front end has been reinterpreted for electrification, while smooth body lines and a distinctive lighting signature underscore its electric character.
At the heart of the N6 is Nissan’s latest plug-in hybrid electric technology. The setup pairs a high-efficiency, purpose-built engine with dual motors front and rear and a large-capacity battery pack. According to the company, its EV-only range covers daily urban commutes, and combined-cycle fuel consumption is competitive. The system coordinates electric drive and hybrid modes efficiently, balancing long-distance travel with day-to-day city use.
Inside, the cabin aims to balance technology with practicality. The dashboard features a full-digital instrument cluster and a large floating central touchscreen running the latest NissanConnect system, supporting extensive online services, intelligent voice control and OTA updates. On driver assistance, the N6 offers a Level 2 suite that includes full-speed adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist and automatic emergency braking to enhance safety and convenience.
Space is a strong point: sensible dimensions and wheelbase provide generous room and flexible storage. The seats continue Nissan’s comfort-oriented approach, aiming to deliver a relaxed ride for families. The safety package is broad as well, combining a high-strength steel body with multiple active safety technologies.
XYZ Embodied AI raises another 100 million
On December 11, XYZ Embodied AI Robotics announced it had closed an Angel+ round of more than CNY 100 million. The round was co-led by SAIF Partners and CAPITALLINK, with 37 Interactive Entertainment, Capital For Science & Industry, Leju Robotics and other financial and strategic investors participating. Existing shareholders Bio Venture and Oriza Holdings also increased their stakes. The proceeds will fund R&D for RoboBrain Pro, the professional edition of its embodied brain, expand vertical-industry solutions and support senior hires.
Just earlier in September, XYZ Embodied AI completed a CNY 200 million angel round backed by CASStar, Hillhouse, Oriza Holdings, Bio Venture, AgiBot, etc.
Beijing XYZ Embodied AI Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., founded on August 1, 2025 and incubated by the Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence (BAAI), focuses on multimodal spatial intelligence and aims to build a highly generalizable universal brain that can transfer across different robot bodies.
That means the startup secured CNY 300 million in funding within just four months of its founding — a sign investors are endorsing its technical path and commercial outlook.
Today, XYZ Embodied AI says it has made paradigm-level leaps across four pillars: technology, product, market and team. On the technology front, it has built a full-stack embodied system spanning multimodal perception and digital reconstruction of the physical world, a multimodal embodied world model, and integrated perception–decision–planning models for navigation and manipulation.
To overcome compute and cost constraints of deploying large models on robots at the edge, the company developed an on-device compute platform with peak performance of 2,070 TOPS, enabling its embodied brain to run locally with real-time, high-level intelligence.
In October 2025, AgiBot's next-generation industrial interactive embodied robot "AgiBot G2" adopted XYZ Embodied AI's embodied brain. XYZ Embodied AI's T5 compute platform, built on NVIDIA Jetson Thor, offers strong acceleration for Transformer models and meets the needs of real-time perception, intelligent decision-making and precise control in complex scenarios. The two sides are now in deep collaboration and moving into volume deliveries.
