NAVTEQ Corporation Map Selected By BMW Group

NAVTEQ Corporation announced that BMW Group has selected it as the primary map supplier on BMW Group's newest navigation system and to lead a new pan-European marketing and distribution campaign for map updates. The Company Maps will be used on selected BMW Group navigation systems within the next 24 months. The Company will provide maps for all models in 89% of countries offering the system. In addition to Western Europe, this also includes Eastern Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, and South Korea.
