Shanghai, March 30 (Gasgoo.com) We got the news yesterday that joint venture Guangzhou-Fiat has recently finalized the leadership team. Paolino, responsible for Fiat’s international operations, will take the manager position.
Jiang Ping, Vice President of the Guangzhou Automobile Group Co. (GAC), will be the company’s Executive Vice President. The company’s board of directors and other top executives have also been appointed.
Sources said the relevant appointments have been confirmed and all appointees shall serve for a term of three years. Meanwhile, Zeng Qinghong, Vice President of the GAC, will serve as Chairman of the Guangzhou-Fiat and Meng Feixuan, Chairman of the Fiat (China) Business Co., Ltd. will serve as Vice Chairman of the joint venture.
