The all-new i6 adopts the brand's latest design language. Up front, a large "waterfall" grille features intricate, layered spokes, flanked by a full-width star-ring light bar that integrates seamlessly with the blacked-out mesh. The setup delivers instant recognizability when lit—aligning perfectly with current aesthetic trends. Below, an aggressively styled front bumper with sharp lines improves aerodynamics while amplifying the car's sporty stance.
Along the sides, multiple character lines create dynamic light-and-shadow play, complemented by multi-spoke alloy wheels and chrome accents along the window sills for a touch of refinement. At the rear, a full-width taillight design meets a subtle ducktail spoiler—a combination that adds visual depth and a hint of sportiness to the silhouette.
The all-new i6 has also cleared regulatory filing with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, bringing specific details into focus. It measures 4,767 millimeters long, 1,828 millimeters wide, and 1,498 millimeters tall, with a wheelbase of 2,755 millimeters. Buyers will have a range of optional extras to customize the car, including a panoramic camera, a sunroof, various grille trims, and a choice between 17- or 18-inch wheels—boosting both practicality and personalization.
Under the hood, the sedan is powered by SAIC's self-developed 1.5-liter all-aluminum engine, delivering 95 kilowatts of maximum power and 158 newton-meters of peak torque. Mated to a CVT transmission, the powertrain achieves a claimed fuel consumption as low as 5.95 liters per 100 kilometers.
