Garment maker buys shares in SAIC Corp private offering
Ningbo based cloth manufacturer Younger announced today it acquired 87 million private offering shares of SAIC Motor at CNY13.87 each, total cost CNY1.2bl.SAIC raised CNY 10bl from this private placement mainly to fund its own brand car project.
