Gasgoo Munich-Tianyancha data shows Shanghai Nexforce Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business registration change. Zhiyuan Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliate of AGIBOT, was added as a shareholder, while registered capital increased to 13.2046 million yuan.
According to Tianyancha, Shanghai Nexforce Co., Ltd. was established in 2025 and is based in Shanghai. It operates primarily in the computer, communication, and other electronic equipment manufacturing sectors. The company has a registered capital of 13.204598 million yuan and a paid-in capital of 1.5 million yuan, having completed an angel round in 2026.

Gasgoo reported on May 12 that at the inaugural Hong Kong Embodied AI Industry Summit, Zhiyuan founder, chairman, and CEO Deng Taihua launched the Hong Kong Embodied AI Industry Co-creation Plan. He announced the goal of achieving "1-10-100-1,000-10,000" targets over the next five years.
Specifically, the plan involves establishing a Zhiyuan Hong Kong international R&D headquarters and several joint industry-research laboratories. It aims to cultivate dozens of innovative startups, develop hundreds of industry partners, and generate hundreds of billions in revenue, ultimately creating a total market capitalization of several trillion yuan for embodied AI on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
On April 17, at the Zhiyuan Partner Conference, Deng Taihua said the company's revenue in 2025 reached 1.05 billion yuan, a significant surge from the 60 million yuan recorded in 2024.
Deng said Zhiyuan is the fastest robotics company in China to exceed 100 million yuan in revenue. The company plans to achieve 10 billion yuan in revenue by 2027, initiating a "second curve" of growth. By 2030, it aims to surpass 100 billion yuan in revenue, entering a "third curve."
