Gasgoo Munich- On July 6, the all-new Tank 300 unveiled its pre-sale pricing, spanning 259,800 to 269,800 yuan alongside three trim options. The Tank 300L Hi4-T starts at 259,800 yuan, while the Tank 300L Hi4-Z is listed at 269,800 yuan. A combustion-engine variant has also opened for blind orders. The automaker is positioning this next-generation model as a boundary-free SUV aimed at younger buyers.

A classic boxy off-roader for five years, the first-generation Tank 300 has racked up nearly 600,000 owners. This overhaul brings 553 iterative upgrades. On the design front, it sticks to the traditional "longer wheelbase, better stability" philosophy, stretching the wheelbase to 3,010 mm to sharpen both proportions and off-road geometry. Iconic touches like round headlights and a tailgate-mounted spare tire remain, complemented by three new premium factory paint options. Interior materials and craftsmanship now benchmark luxury vehicles, blending rugged aesthetics with everyday refinement.
Powertrain and intelligence take center stage in this generational shift. The new model packs a 2.0T Hi4-Z hybrid system, pushing out a combined 560 kW. It delivers 200 km of pure-electric range and over 1,100 km of total range, all while retaining a true 4L mechanical lock. On the tech side, the Coffee Pilot 3 system comes standard with LiDAR, supporting full-route NOA and an intelligent all-terrain mode that automatically detects and adapts to surfaces. An infrared night vision system further bolsters safety. Underneath, the chassis gains multi-layer vibration filtering and additional body cushion points — a targeted fix for the typical ride-comfort trade-offs of body-on-frame designs during daily commutes.
The launch event leaned into youth engagement with diverse interactive content. The brand tapped Curley Gao as its Freedom Exploration Officer and kicked off a lyric co-creation campaign. Stand-up comedy and owner stories from varied backgrounds helped shatter the stereotype that off-roaders belong solely on outdoor trails.

Built for customization and the outdoors, the SUV comes with 40 factory-ready, non-destructive modification points and supports upgrades to 35-inch tires. It features a 6 kW vehicle-to-load output, a 2.5-ton towing capacity, and over a dozen factory IoT outdoor accessories — tailored for everything from camping to towing.
To lower the barrier to entry, the brand is rolling out seven pre-sale perks. As China's modified-vehicle classification policies take effect, the all-new Tank 300 leverages a factory-standard expansion system to clear a compliant path for customization. The goal: break free from the notion that hardcore off-roaders are single-purpose, covering commuting, family duties, and long-haul overlanding alike.
The all-new Tank 300 will officially hit the market on July 19, with test drives already available at dealerships.
