The first batch of charging stations for alternative-energy vehicles were formally put into service on Oct. 18 in southwest China's Guangxi.
At the same time, the demonstrative operation of the first batch of alternative-energy vehicles also kicked off in Guangxi.
Yang Daoxi, vice governor of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, said electric autos emit almost zero exhaustion, which will contribute to the improvement of air quality and promote the shift in development of mode.
It was reported that the municipal government of Nanning City, the capital of Guangxi, listed construction and management of electric vehicle charging facilities as key projects in recent years.
The government also researched and introduced relevant incentives to provide supportive policies in procedures, operation permits for electric auto charging facilities and post management.
