Blind bookings for the Fengyun T9L began on January 17, with a market launch slated for after the Spring Festival. The SUV measures 4,870 mm in length, 1,930 mm in width, and 1,710 mm in height with a 2,920mm wheelbase, offering 1,037mm of legroom in the second row. It stands out in its segment as the only model featuring dual zero-gravity seats up front. Other amenities include "Firefly" ambient lighting, vertical "Zither" tweeters, and a 23-speaker "Boya" audio system.
Visually, the T9L adopts an "Eastern Book Rhyme" design language. The front fascia is clean and imposing, pairing a closed grille with slim headlights to emphasize a high-tech aesthetic. The vehicle can be fitted with 20-inch wheels wrapped in 245/50 R20 Michelin tires, while the charging port is located on the left rear flank.

Along the sides, the new model uses semi-hidden door handles. This design cuts aerodynamic drag while preserving mechanical reliability, sidestepping the risks that fully concealed handles face in freezing temperatures or malfunction scenarios. Frameless side mirrors enhance the vehicle's modern look and help reduce wind noise.
Inside, the T9L features Chery's latest family design language, incorporating the "Lingxi" cockpit and a flagship 3nm cockpit chip. On the intelligence front, it is equipped with the "Falcon 700" advanced driver-assistance system, boasting 560 TOPS of computing power. The system supports "Task Cube" customization for personalized driving needs and runs on a 3nm 8678 chip.
Under the hood, the Fengyun T9L is powered by Chery's Kunpeng Super Hybrid CDM system. It centers around a 1.5-liter turbo engine delivering 115 kW of maximum power and 220 Nm of torque. In the four-wheel-drive version, combined output climbs to 260 kW and 330 Nm, enabling a 0-100 km/h sprint in roughly 5 seconds.
