Gasgoo Munich- On Jan 20, Beijing time, Yueting Jia—founder, partner, and Chief Product & User Ecosystem Officer at Faraday Future—released the company's 38th weekly report. He outlined plans for the launch of FF's EAI robot and the FF/FX Par investment conference, both set for Feb 4.

Jia noted that at 11:00 AM on Feb 4, Los Angeles time, FF will host a launch event at the NADA Show, a major gathering for auto dealers. FF is set to become the first of the four major U.S. EV startups to attend the event. It will be the world's first automaker to unveil an EAI robot product specifically for dealers.
Jia explained his rationale for bringing FF's FX Par model to the traditional dealer base at NADA. He argued that the FF/FX user co-creation ecosystem—anchored by FX Par—represents a significant upgrade over conventional dealership models. It marks a radical shift from the direct-sales approach used by startups. It promises to inject fresh energy into NADA, offering innovative sales strategies and new solutions for building user ecosystems.
Traditional dealerships rely largely on one-off transactions, leaving dealers with little revenue from ongoing user operations—a model that urgently needs upgrading in the era of AI vehicles. Meanwhile, while direct sales offer advantages, they suffer from heavy assets, high costs, slow expansion, and the burden of operating alone. FX Par avoids the pitfalls of both while merging their strengths, delivering critical upgrades and innovative breakthroughs.
Jia outlined two major ways the FF/FX user co-creation ecosystem upgrades the traditional dealership model:
First, a business model upgrade: It shifts the focus from a single revenue stream—selling cars—to a sustainable model driven by "vehicle sales + user operations + ecosystem operations." FX Par partners can expect higher profits than traditional dealers, but with lower investment and risk.
Second, a capital model upgrade: By integrating Par partners into the OEM's co-creation ecosystem, FF is—for the first time—transforming dealers from mere sales channels into actual shareholders. This allows them to participate directly and share in the OEM's capital appreciation.
For FF, the success of this model will be instrumental in maximizing value for shareholders.
Separately, FF will unveil its robot at the NADA convention.
Jia emphasized that auto dealers will serve as a key sales channel for EAI robots, noting that their customer base aligns closely with EAI's target users. AI robots and EAI devices won't just empower showrooms by improving user experience, interaction, and conversion rates—they also represent a potentially massive growth business for dealers.
