Istanbul January 17 (Reuters) Ford Otomotiv, the Turkish unit of Ford Motor Co, plans to raise production by 6 percent to 256,000 vehicles this year, the company said on its web site on Monday.
Ford Otomotiv targets 15.2 percent market share in the country this year, with sales rising 2 percent to 308,000 vehicles, it said.
The company foresees total sales in the sector declining by 4 percent from last year to 760,000 vehicles in 2011.
