Notably, GLB Power has submitted an application for a Hong Kong stock listing, marking a new chapter in its capitalization and global expansion.

The company stated that strategic investment from industry players will provide key resources for overseas expansion, building a global industrial ecosystem, and deploying international operations; government-backed capital will support headquarters and R&D base construction; investments from top-tier brokerages will facilitate professional operations for the Hong Kong listing and subsequent capitalization, accelerating integration with international capital markets.

As a global supplier of intelligent electrified power domain systems and standardized 800V high-voltage DC power solutions, GLB Power centers its technology on high-performance power electronics, motors, software, thermal management, and platform integration. By leveraging vertical integration and system optimization, the company continues to sharpen the competitiveness of its integrated hardware and software offerings.

In the core new energy vehicle sector, GLB Power has established a diversified client base covering leading automakers at home and abroad. The company has forged deep partnerships with dozens of mainstream global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, including Geely, GAC, Leapmotor, Great Wall Motor, Seres, Volkswagen, Renault, Weichai Power's HanDe Axle, and Horse Powertrain. To date, it has secured 40 designated projects from major automakers.

Meanwhile, its products have reached multiple countries and regions. Shipments of its integrated power domain electric drive solutions for export models topped 15,000 units this month, setting a new monthly high. Emerging businesses are gaining traction. On the AIDC power system front, GLB Power has delivered core power semiconductor components and secured a partnership with a leading U.S. SST firm. Additionally, the company signed a memorandum of understanding with Danfoss to collaborate on AIDC power systems and the electrification of construction machinery. It also inked a joint laboratory agreement with Shanghai Jiao Tong University to jointly research advanced power systems for AIDC applications.

In the realm of embodied intelligence, the company's electric drive systems have entered the customer sampling phase, with samples of robotic joint module drive systems already delivered.
