Gasgoo.com (Shanghai July 7) - High-level executive at Beiqi Foton Hou Haijing will be making the shift to Hawtai Automobile, where he will assume the role of company president, the Beijing Times reported today.
Mr. Hou is set to be Hawtai's seventh president, and will be held responsible for management and sales work. According to inside sources, Mr. Hou will be picking up from where previous CEO Liu Zhigang left off.
The news comes after a tumultuous six months for Hawtai, as its management positions have been undergoing non-stop reorganization. With news of Mr. Liu leaving the company, several executives have decided to resign.
