Gasgoo (Shanghai, August 22)—Some shareholders have resigned as announced by China Jinbei Auto on August 19.
Shareholders, which include Qi Yumin, chairmen of the company, and Wang Shiping and Lei Xiaoyang, have submitted reports of resignation to Jinbei, which may take into effect since then. All of these resignation are reportedly due to changes in work.
And, Liu Pengcheng may become the new chairman while Xing Rufei, Yang Bo and Dong Feng may become new shareholders, as the company announced.
Revenue of Jinbei was 2.341 billion RMB yuan, with a year-on-year rise of 3.57%, in the first half of 2016, as the financial report showed. However, net profit belonging to shareholders of the listed company were negative 43.6764 million RMB yuan. Production of vehicles were 12,855 units, with a yearly decrease of 66.09%, in the first half. And sales were 13,728 units, with a yearly decrease of 63.54%.
