Maserati recalls 56 cars sold in China

Gasgoo.com (Shanghai September 7) - Italian luxury manufacturer Maserati has issued a recall of its cars imported to China, Xinhua quoted the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine as reporting.

The recall targets 37 2009 Quattroporte sport saloons (pictured above) and 19 GranTurismo coupes (pictured below) sold in China. It was ordered due to flaws in the horizontal crossbars in the front and rear suspension of a portion of its vehicles. There is a risk of fracturing that may occur under prolonged usage that could be fatal.
