Gasgoo Munich-Robot Phoenix (06871.HK) released its interim results for 2026 on the evening of August 25, marking its first financial report since listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in May, according to Gasgoo Embodied Intelligence.
Revenue climbed to 186 million yuan during the period — a 58% jump from a year earlier. The company posted a gross margin of 23.7% and an adjusted net loss of 75.69 million yuan, as the deficit widened compared with the previous year.
The widening loss stems primarily from aggressive R&D spending on core products like embodied intelligence and controllers, Robot Phoenix noted. The increase in research expenses roughly matches the expansion of the deficit, keeping the company in a phase of strategic, forward-looking investment.

Robot Phoenix has built a comprehensive portfolio of products and solutions, ranging from parallel, SCARA, and six-axis robots to humanoid machines, flexible handling systems, and custom non-standard automation lines. These address needs such as high-speed sorting, precision assembly, and smart production line integration. The company boasts in-house capabilities for developing control and vision systems, manufacturing complete robot units, and handling system debugging and full-line customization.
In the first half of the year, Robot Phoenix refined its industrial robot matrix and accelerated the commercialization of embodied intelligence. Notably, the company’s second-generation Hongjun wheeled dual-arm robot completed its iteration. Powered by the YiBrain multimodal industrial large model, the system has passed proof-of-concept (POC) validations across various industries and scenarios. It has now entered the small-batch pilot procurement phase and been deployed at several manufacturing sites, signaling Robot Phoenix’s shift from pure R&D to real-world implementation in the embodied AI space.
Designed for flexible operations in sectors like automotive, 3C electronics, and power utilities, the Hongjun 001 features a "313" bionic arm configuration. With three degrees of freedom at the shoulder, one at the elbow, and three at the wrist, each arm offers a total of seven degrees of freedom, closely mimicking human movement. The wrist utilizes an orthogonal stacking design paired with a spherical joint architecture, simulating the human wrist’s versatility. This allows for 360-degree rotation and multi-angle adjustments at speeds up to 275°/s, enabling the robot to handle complex tasks like tightening, plugging, and pressing from any angle.

By integrating a four-wheel-drive omnidirectional chassis with high-precision bionic dual arms, a single unit can manage both material transport and delicate manipulation. This overcomes the functional limitations of traditional mobile robots. The system is capable of replacing human workers in high-intensity, high-risk, and repetitive tasks, such as high-voltage substation operations, heavy engine assembly, and visual inspection of 3C products.
Meanwhile, Robot Phoenix continues to deepen its presence in high-value sectors including electronics, semiconductors, new energy, and automotive components. The company has achieved bulk application of its BAT series parallel robots in PCB manufacturing, while its fully automated smart packaging lines for wafer boxes are now in stable mass production delivery. These advances further expand the boundaries of industrial automation.
Robot Phoenix is also accelerating its global expansion. Overseas revenue surged 318.5% year-on-year to 22.6 million yuan during the period, driven by the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its channel presence across Southeast Asia, East Asia, Latin America, and Europe.
As of the end of the reporting period, Robot Phoenix had served over 2,000 clients across 27 countries and regions, further solidifying the foundation of its global business.
