Gasgoo.com (Shanghai October 8, 2016) Sales of SAIC-GM were 27,118 units, with a monthly rise of 35.47% and a yearly rise of 100.72%, in August, hitting historic record, according to the company. And sales of Roewe were 20,813 units, with a yearly rise of 205%.
Due to great market performance of multiple brands, total sales of passenger vehicles of SAIC were 156,800 units, with a yearly rise of 67.21%, in the first eight months, making it probable for the company to meet the target volume of this year.
The company has made mid-term target volume of 700,000 units and long-term target volume of 1,000,000 units, which may be reasonable and achievable based on great market performance, as insiders of the company believe.
