August, 2021 sales ranking of compact SUVs from Korea's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Hyundai ix35 amounted to 5,534 units, up 2 % year on year, the first on August, 2021 sales ranking of compact SUVs from Korea's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Sportage-R amounted to 3,097 units, down 50 % year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 21,767 units. August sales of the Tucson reached 1,131 units, decreasing 55 % year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 15,991 units. (Note: Sales data here includes that of locally-made cars, SUVs and MPVs.)
