Chery A3 hatchback to go on sale tonight

Shanghai, January 6 (Gasgoo.com) China's fourth largest carmaker Chery Auto is to launch the hatchback version of Chery A3 tonight in Beijing, autosina.net said.

Chery A3 sedan has garnered lots of awards since it went on sale on September 26 last year. As the third model in Chery's A series (after A1 and A5), the Chery A3 is seen as the most important new model of Chery Auto, who aims to sell 100,000 A3 cars annually in the coming years.

The A3 model, through significant upgrades in its exterior, interior, power-plant, chassis and other sectors, is capable to compete with global auto brands.

The A3 hatchback further expands Chery's A3 lineup and tends to better appeal to young consumers. The new model is more individual and fashionable than the sedan model.
