Youngman Auto to roll out Lotus car in Sept

Shanghai, March 30 (Gasgoo.com) China's Jinhua Youngman Auto Co plans to roll out a new Lotus model at its production plants this September, China Business News reported today.

Pang Qingnian, the chairman of Jinhua Youngman, told the newspaper that the company would start mass production of Lotus cars as of September at its new established plants.

Construction of its two production bases located in Tai'an, Shandong province and Xiaoshan, Zhejiang province will be completed by May, according to the report.

Pang said the company aims to sell 30,000 vehicles by 2010 and 100,000 units by 2010.

He confirmed that the company would display Lotus racing cars and several news models at the Shanghai Auto Show 2009 in April.
