China's top 5 SUVs by November sales

Shanghai December 14 (Gasgoo.com) With the release of sales figures by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), customer preferences towards the sport-utility vehicle (SUV) were also shown.

The Great Wall Hover was the best-selling SUV in November, with 14100 units sold, followed by the Honda CRV with 13,900 units, the Toyota RAV4 with 9,500 units, the Volkswagen Tiguan with 9, 200 units and the Hyundai ix35 with 8,500 units, che168.com reported, citing the CAAM.

Sales of these five models, totaling 55,200 units, accounted for 42% of the total SUV sales in China last month. Moreover, it is worth mentioning that the Toyota RAV4, which was not even in the top five lists for September and October, jumped into the top 5 in November, kicking the Chery Tiggo and Zoyte 5008 out of the list.

China sold about 1.34 million passenger vehicles in November, up 11.30% on the month and 29.27% on the year, the CAAM said.
