Vice president of GM China to leave for Microsoft

Mr. Chen, who holds postgraduate degrees from Purdue University, University of Michigan and Stanford University, was previously responsible for GM China's public relations planning and enterprise management.
Mr. Chen will head up Microsoft's China region department, where he will be responsible for corporate management and other related assignments.
