Great Wall Motors sales dumpening 44% due to multiple problems bursting

Stock price of Great Wall is almost half cut since it announces its production and sales of April and H8 market delivery delay since May 8.

As one of its most mainstream mode, Harvard H8 delivery delay has hit the confidence of capital market. Great Wall even admits that “Harvard H8 market introducing delay again hurts customers.” Besides, another star product of Harvard, H6 is exposure spontaneously combust couple of times. Great Wall suddenly is in the middle of the storm.

What’s worse, production and sales figures of April show that sales of Great Wall have reduced 13% over last month. Sales of passenger car are cut as large as 40%. Besides, market performance of Great Wall for the 1st quarter is barely satisfactory as well.

Therefore, capital market shorts Great Wall. Its price of SEE is almost half cut. Whether or not Harvard H8 market launching can save Great Wall is still unsure.

On May 8, Harvard announces that Harvard H8 market introducing shall be delayed again. Harvard H8, which Great Wall invests heavy inside, has not stopped its frustration.

In fact, Harvard H8 officially launched market on Nov 11 year 2013 at Guangzhou Auto Exhibition. However, Great Wall announces that it shall delay 3 months for H8 market introducing because of detail issues. However, on April 11, which 3 months after, Great Wall announced that Harvard H8 would launch Beijing Auto Exhibition on April 20 year 2014. However, accident happened again. Great Wall invites institution to test driving Harvard H8, but accident happened at afternoon of April 11. It causes testing car scrapped. It triggers question on Great Wall again.

Beside, some media report that major mode of Harvard, Harvard H6 spontaneously combusted for some times. According to incomplete statistics, there are 8 times spontaneously combusting at least. Besides, there are another 30 spontaneously combusting report from April 2007 to Jan 2014, which concerned with some modes of Great Wall.
