China's auto parts import exceeds $7 bln in H1

China imported a total worth of 7 billions of engines and auto parts in the first half of this year.

Among these exports, China imported a total worth of $697 million of engines, up 16.43%, auto parts and other accessories worth $6.1 billion, up 14.33% from a year earlier. On the other hands, China imported a total worth of $94 million of auto and motor vehicle tires, up 20.36%.

The imports of some key auto parts, such as air bags up 120%, transmission up 66.09%, , powertrain up 180% and vibration damper 220% separately in the first half year.
