PSA to pursue localized standard in Chinese market

Shanghai, September 26, (Gasgoo.com)- Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile (DPCA) has recently established a so-called "Standardization & Management Committee" to promote the company's research on new products and standardization in China.

The committee consists of two subcommittees: technical standardization committee and management standardization committee. The committee, which aims to research and make standards in manufacturing, quality and logistics, hopes to establish a complete technical standardization management system in a year.

Based on PSA technical standards, DPCA has developed new products and made adjustments and innovations to fit Chinese market.

DPCA now has an annual output capacity of 300,000 vehicles. Its products include both Citroen and Peugeot brands, covering 50 vehicle models.
