Chinese automaker Changhe plans to sell 154,000 vehicles next year

Shanghai. December 25 (Gasgoo.com) – Chinese automaker Changhe Auto plans to sell 154,000 vehicles and 89,800 engines next year, the company announced recently.
 
Li Yao, chairman of board of Changhe Automobile said the company will concentrate on the production of small displacement vehicles next year, the Hunan-based Changsha Evening News reported today.
 
Changhe Auto is expected to export 13,800 to 140,000 vehicles overseas, Li Yao told reporters last month. “Our vehicle exports account for over 2 percent of China’s total vehicle exports, but our domestic sales account for less than 2 percent.”
 
The Jiangxi-based Changhe Automobile has an output capacity of 100,000 vehicles. It produces car models Ideal, Ideal 2, Freedom and commercial vehicles and buses.
