Shanghai. January 23 (Gasgoo.com) - Infiniti will display its latest EX35 in the 2008 Beijing Auto Show and plans to launch the model in China later this year, auto website cheshi.com reported today.

This is another significant move after the Japanese automaker launched the Infiniti G35, FX SUV and M35 in China in the second half of last year.

Based on the EX Concept shown at the 2007 New York Auto Show, the EX35 shares the FM platform used for the Infiniti FX, G, and M models, and features the same headlight and front grille design that distinguishes an Infiniti from the competition.

It is powered by the Nissan VQ35HR 3.5-liter, V-6 engine with an output of 290 horsepower. Pricing will not be unveiled until it is showcased in China.
