Terca Tech becomes first Eddy Current Retarder maker to IPO in China

Shanghai. February 28 (Gasgoo.com) – China's leading Eddy Current Retarder manufacturer, the Shenzhen-based Terca Technology Co became listed in Shenzhen stock market earlier this month.
 
Terca Technology, the first Eddy Current Retarder manufacturer to go IPO in Chinese stock market, offered 26 million shares at the price of RMB 4.7 yuan ($0.66) per share. In the first day of trading, the company's stock was closed at 13.35 yuan ($1.86) a share.
 
In 2007, the company's sale revenue reached RMB 135.72 million yuan ($18.95 million), up 18.95 percent from one year earlier. The company posted net profit of 23.92 million yuan ($3.15 million), up 36.75 percent from one year earlier.
 
Terca Tech is China's first and largest private company engaged in the development, manufacturing and sales of Eddy Current Retarder.
