Jia Yueting may prepare for local production of FF91 in future

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Two FF 91s, Faraday Future's intelligent internet-based electric model, finished customs clearance in the evening of Apr. 29. It is said that the FF91s had arrived at China Customs on Apr. 22. Considering FF's affiliated company, Ruichi Intelligent Automobile Co., Ltd. (Ruichi) gained an area of 401,000 square meters in Nansha District, Guangzhou through bidding, FF may be preparing for the local production of its models.

According to Dr. Fang Xingdong, founder of ChinaLabs, as China has shaped a complete NEV industry chain, FF's return to China will help the country to transform from a large vehicle market into a powerful vehicle market during the fast developing period of NEVs, thanks to FF's advantages of core technologies.

According to a senior executive from FF's Chinese company, Jia Yueting, FF's board of director and strategic investors had made a commitment that FF will introduce world-leading technologies, products and intellectual property into China, aiming to help China to realize transformation and upgrade of auto industry. The FF91's returning can be considered as the realization of their commitment.
