Description:

boway 19026 is a high-performance copper alloy independently developed by boway Alloy, who possesses its intellectual property and has it included in the CDA copper alloy catalog as C19026.

It is a composite strengthening alloy. Elements such as Ni, Si, P and others precipitate in Cu-Sn matrix through heat treatment, and the addition of Sn promotes its work hardening.

Unique advantages: 

The conductivity of boway 19026 is between 42-50% IACS, and it can achieve good bending performance when Rp0.2≥600MPa.

It has good heat resistance and thermal stress relaxation properties, as well as good soldering and hot-dip tinning properties. boway 19026 is friendly to environment as its scrap can be recycled.

Application: 

boway 19026 can be applied to automotive connector terminals, press-fit, etc..
