Nissan Motor sees 4.6% MoM increase in June 2023 China sales
Beijing (Gasgoo)- In June 2023, major Japanese automaker Nissan Motor saw its China monthly sales climb up month over month.

According to the automaker, Nissan Motor sold 69,139 vehicles in June, which edged up 4.6% from the previous month. In the first six months of the year, the automaker’s cumulative sales volume amounted to 358,509 vehicles, dropping 24.4% year over year.
In the past month, Dongfeng Nissan (including Nissan, Venucia, and INFINITI brands) saw its monthly sales reach 64,794 vehicles, which hiked 3.4% from a month ago. Among the Dongfeng Nissan passenger vehicles sold in the past month, 59,096 units were under the Nissan brand, indicating a month-on-month increase of 3.8%.
At the same time, Nissan’s light commercial vehicle joint venture in China, Zhengzhou Nissan, recorded a monthly sales volume of 4,345 vehicles last month, representing a 5.9% growth from the earlier year and a 33.1% jump from the previous month.
In addition, Dongfeng Nissan's Venucia brand announced that it would officially put its V-Online DD-i hybrid model onto the market on July 8. The pre-sale price for the new model has already been disclosed, ranging from 130,000 yuan to 142,000 yuan.
Positioned as a compact SUV, the V-Online DD-i marks the debut of Venucia's DD-i hybrid technology, combining the benefits of plug-in hybrid powertrain. With an 18.4 kWh battery, the model features a battery-only range of 110 km and a maximum combined range of 1,132 km.
