The policy includes adjustments to peak and off-peak rates, setting an 11.5-hour low-rate period. Peak electricity prices will decrease from an 80% markup to 50%, while off-peak prices will increase from a 53% discount to 60%. This move is anticipated to reduce average electricity prices at charging stations by 10% to 15% following policy implementation.
