Innovusion launches holographic vehicle perception system

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Leading LiDAR supplier Innovusion introduced its proprietary holographic vehicle sensing solution, the OmniSense CD2.0, at the 24th China Expressway Informatization Conference and Technology & Production Exhhibition ("CEIC") on July 27th.

The solution is built on Innovusion’s graphic-level LiDAR and strong algorithm-based perception capability, realizing vehicles measurements detection, precise trigger signal, vehicle recognition, and traffic flow detection.

The OmniSense CD 2.0 not only breaks the traditional technology path in off-site law enforcement scenarios, but also provides universal features such as vehicle size output, high-precision triggering, and flow speed detection. The solution effectively addresses various irregular system-cheating traffic behaviors such as cross-lane and S-shaped driving routes, helping to create a safe and orderly road traffic environment.

The solution works under a diversified coverage of scenarios, including national and provincial trunk lines, typical roads, urban expressways, highway entrances and toll stations, and other scenarios.

The system provides traffic speed monitoring, traffic flow statistics, and other functions, with up to 98% tracking rate and traffic flow statistics accuracy.

Innovusion’s graphic-level LiDAR ensures the reliability and high performance of the radar. The perception performance of the solution is not limited to lighting, making it possible to capture images with consistent clarity night or day. It also has strong anti-interference ability and offers stable long-term roadside operation.
