Building on the Alive Design concept while inheriting key functions of the handphone maker’s signature Flyme smartphone operating system, FlymeAuto features three major traits, namely, Smart Bar, picture in picture function, as well as holiday themes.
To be specific, Smart Bar is an operation solution introduced by Meizu when its flagship smartphone Meizu MX2 was released. It is used to integrate the system return key and menu key, making them one with the software function bar.
Coming onboard, the Smart Bar function still adopts a traditional Dock design for commonly used air-conditioning, music, calls, etc. In addition, Meizu put a dynamic adaptive interaction area on the left, which can intelligently match different scenario requirements and visually present key information without blocking the main screen. Currently, the functions that can realize dynamic adaptive interaction include music, navigation, charging, and automatic parking.
What’s more, Meizu also came up with an automotive version of the practical picture in picture feature, which operates and works like the ones on smartphones, meeting drivers’ temporary interactive multitasking needs.
Lastly, FlymeAuto offers a holiday background function, providing various themes for the onboard operating system.
