BYD, MeetKai co-launch virtual dealership for customers in Americas

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On July 11, BYD and MeetKai, an AI and metaverse company, jointly launched "BYD World," a virtual dealership providing online immersive brand and product interactive experiences for customers in the Americas, marking a significant step forward in BYD's commitment to innovating in automotive retail experience.

The "BYD World" virtual dealership went live on July 11th in Ecuador as its first stop and was launched in Chile the following day. It will subsequently be introduced in various Latin American markets.

Upon entering the "BYD World" virtual exhibition hall, users can embark on a free digital exploration, gaining a comprehensive understanding of BYD's brand and its new energy vehicle models tailored for various markets. Within the exhibition hall, users can experience customized interactions and utilize the virtual platform to explore product details and parameter configurations. The hall is also equipped with an AI virtual advisor that provides personalized guidance and support to customers. Additionally, MeetKai offers customers a virtual test drive experience with its advanced XR technology.
