At the technology launch event held on December 28, Xiaomi demonstrates the city navigation driver-assistance features on an Xiaomi SU7, its first production model, in evening rush hour. In the video, the vehicle successfully completed multiple actions without any human intervention, including maneuvering around roadside vehicles and pedestrians, avoiding large vehicles, unprotected right turn at a crossroads, maneuvering around roadside vehicles and cardboard boxes, passing through by utilizing an adjacent lane, giving right of way to pedestrians at a zebra crossing, cautiously crossing an intersection with obstacles, making a left turn at a large T-shaped intersection, automatically changing lanes for overtaking, yielding to vehicles cutting in line, safely detouring around a construction zone, unprotected right turn at a crossroads, maneuvering around roadside buses, making a sharp left turn from the far right lane, and safely navigating through a mixed traffic area.
