Gasgoo Munich-Gasgoo reported on April 21 that Xiaomi Auto officially announced the Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo is set to debut at the 2026 Beijing International Auto Show, marking its first appearance at a major auto show in China.
The concept car first broke cover on February 28 during Xiaomi's global launch at MWC 2026 in Barcelona, with a physical model displayed on-site from March 2 to 5. Developed following Xiaomi's invitation to join the Gran Turismo video game franchise's Vision Gran Turismo project, this marks the company's first concept supercar — and the first time a Chinese brand has participated in the initiative.

On the performance front, the Vision GT rides on a proprietary 900V silicon carbide high-voltage platform and features a four-motor all-wheel-drive system. It churns out over 1,000 kilowatts (roughly 1,360 horsepower) and can sprint from zero to 100 km/h in the one-second range, with a top speed exceeding 350 km/h. Visually, the two-door sports car adopts a "wind-sculpting" design language that gives it a highly distinctive stance. Li Tianyuan, general manager of Xiaomi Auto's industrial design, described the Vision GT as a vision for the future of electric high-performance vehicles — though the company has yet to announce any plans for mass production.
Scheduled to run from April 24 to May 3 under the theme "Leading the Era, Intelligent Future," the 2026 Beijing International Auto Show will take place simultaneously at the China International Exhibition Center and Beijing Capital International Airport. Xiaomi Auto has confirmed it will showcase its full product lineup, with the Vision GT concept supercar poised to steal the spotlight.
Xiaomi Auto reportedly surpassed its delivery targets in 2025, setting an ambitious goal of 550,000 units for the brand in 2026.
The new-generation SU7 launched on March 29, racking up 15,000 locked orders within just 34 minutes. The model comes in three trims — Standard, Pro, and Max — priced at 219,900 yuan, 249,900 yuan, and 303,900 yuan, respectively.
The first quarter of 2026 has drawn to a close. Official data from Xiaomi Auto shows deliveries topped 39,000 units in January, followed by more than 20,000 in both February and March. A rough estimate puts the company's cumulative Q1 deliveries at approximately 80,000 vehicles.
