Integrated joints serve as the primary power and motion control units for humanoid robots, dictating the precision and stability of the entire machine while accounting for nearly half of total costs. EYOU Robot Technology has long focused on this sector with the aim of becoming a Tier 1 supplier for the robotics industry. The company delivered 95,000 joint module sets in 2025, and this new automated line represents a core strategy in its push for mass production.

The line systematically integrates critical manufacturing stages—including assembly, testing, calibration, and quality inspection—to establish a new production benchmark based on three key advantages. First, it combines automation with standardization to resolve consistency issues in joint products, meeting the high precision and stability demands of humanoid robots. Second, the line is designed for large-scale delivery, significantly boosting efficiency and supply capacity to secure the supply chain for downstream manufacturers. Finally, continuous engineering optimization has dramatically increased the first-pass yield rate while maintaining high performance metrics, effectively reducing manufacturing costs.

Locating the line in Zhangjiang Robot Valley is a strategic move by EYOU Robot Technology to enhance industrial synergy. The region has already cultivated a complete robotics supply chain, spanning core components, body manufacturing, and system integration. As the government prioritizes "embodied intelligence" as a future industry, EYOU Robot Technology has integrated R&D, manufacturing, and ecosystem resources to build a closed-loop model spanning from design to delivery.
As humanoid robots accelerate into diverse application scenarios, the reliability, stability, and mass delivery capabilities of core components have become foundational to industry growth. The launch of this automated line strengthens EYOU Robot Technology's supply capacity and product portfolio in the joint sector. The company stated that it will continue to refine its standardized and mass manufacturing systems to support the global mass production of humanoid robots.
