August, 2024 auto sales ranking of SUVs from Japan's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Corolla Cross amounted to 14,318 units, up 78 % year on year, the first on August, 2024 auto sales ranking of SUVs from Japan's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Honda CR-V amounted to 14,254 units, down 18 % year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 123,527 units. August sales of the Toyota RAV4 reached 13,725 units, decreasing 11 % year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 100,022 units. (Note: Sales data here includes that of locally-made cars, SUVs and MPVs.)
