Chery Auto launches Tiggo Master SUV at Beijing show
Shanghai, April 28 (Gasgoo.com) Chery Auto launched its Tiggo Master SUV on Friday at the opening Beijing auto show. The launch ceremony, featuring "Happy Driving" theme, became a highlight on the first day of the show, the carmaker said on its web site.
The newly launched Tiggo Master SUV, priced at about 98,800 yuan ($1,450), comes with two versions, comfort and luxury, and has six color options, blue, green, black, grey, silver and white. It is possibly also powered with 1.6L mechanical turbo engine for the first time.
The Tiggo Master integrates the comfort of F1-inspired AMT and the sporty performance of MT. This greatly improves transmission efficiency and enables lower power loss. Inevitably, it has become the flagship of modern city SUVs.
With the Tiggo Master launched, Chery's Tiggo SUV series now has three displacements (1.6L, 1.8L, 2.0L), three transmissions (AT, MT, AMT) and 14 models, the most complete lineup in China's homegrown SUV products.
