Geely invites Ukrainian customers to Shanghai Expo

Shanghai, July 23 (Gasgoo.com) Geely International and AIS (Ukrainian distributor of Geely Auto) recently hold the customer service activity -- Shanghai World Expo 2010 Travel for Ukrainian Geely Owners, the Chinese automaker said this week on its company website.

From June 21 to June 26, five lucky Ukrainian owners of Geely vehicles selected through lottery in Geely's service campaign in Ukraine were invited by Geely International to come to China. The Ukrainian customers are offered a journey to the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai and enjoy a pleasant stay in China. Their visit to China and Geely plants has made these customers more confident about their choice of Geely cars.

Geely has also invited the Ukrainian customers to act as Service Quality Supervisors of Geely Automobile to make more suggestions in improving Geely's after-sales service in Ukraine. They had constructive in-depth discussions about vehicle appearance, trims, accessory and services.

Inviting some Ukrainian customers to China exemplifies Geely's upgraded customer service. Geely Auto has established sound service system in Ukraine, currently its largest overseas market. In addition to exports, Geely has set up its vehicle assembly plants in Russia and Ukraine.

In recent years, Geely International has collaborated with overseas distributors to carry out strict management of the overseas service network, and overseas customer service quality has greatly enhanced, the company said.
