FAW-Volkswagen 2011 Golf coming to China in Oct

FAW-Volkswagen 2011 Golf will enter the Chinese market and fill up stores in October, according to an insider.

The new Golf concentrates on comfort on its inside and luxury on its exterior. Besides, this car is also among the list of energy-saving.

FAW will launch two categories of Golf: 1.4L model with the TSI engine, and 1.6L with EA111 engine. The two categories are also loaded with 7-speed double clutch and 5-speed MT respectively.

The 1.4L model has a maximum power of 96kW/5000rpm, and a maximum torque of 220Nm/1750-3500rpm, while the 1.6L is also equipped with DSG gear box.
